One of my husbands and my six year olds favorite things about carving pumpkins is toasting the pumpkin seeds afterwards. 

All you do is simply take all of the seeds out of the pumpkin…remove all of the goo and chunks…eeeewe.

Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil and coat.  Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings and spices.  Some of our past favorites have been curry, cayenne, simple salt and pepper, onion salt,  and ranch seasoning.  This year I dowsed them with Spike seasoning.  So yummy!

Bake for 40 minutes at 300 degrees. 

They are ussually gone in a day!
